Setup:
1. Shuffle the deck and deal 7 cards to each player.
2. Place the remaining deck face-down in the center to form the draw pile.
3. Flip the top card of the draw pile and place it next to the pile to begin the discard pile.
Gameplay:
1. Players take turns in a clockwise direction.
2. On your turn, you must play a card from your hand that matches the top card of the discard pile by either number, color, or symbol.
3. If you cannot play a matching card, you must draw one card from the draw pile.
4. If the drawn card can be played, you may do so immediately. Otherwise, your turn ends.
5. Special cards have unique effects:
- Skip: The next player loses their turn.
- Reverse: Reverses the order of play.
- Draw Two: The next player draws two cards and loses their turn.
- Wild: Can be played on any card and allows you to choose a new color.
- Wild Draw Four: Can be played on any card, allows you to choose a new color, and the next player draws four cards and loses their turn.
6. When you have only one card left, you must shout "UNO!" to warn other players. If another player catches you not saying "UNO!" before your next turn, you must draw two cards as a penalty.
Winning:
The first player to play all their cards wins the game.
